•1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a call-out repair service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Call-out Fees & Appointments
• Appointments are subject to availability, and delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must be available at the agreed time and location. A missed appointment may incur a £10 fee.
3. Diagnosis & Estimates
• A pre-repair quote is provided based on the issue described. However, additional issues may be identified during the repair.
• Any additional costs will be discussed before proceeding.
• If customer decides not to repairs device a £10 call-out fee might be applied.
4. Repair Process & Limitations
• Repairs are performed on-site, but if further work is needed, the device may need to be taken off-site for more complex repairs.
• Repairs may void manufacturer warranties, and we are not responsible for this.
• Some repairs require third-party parts, which may be new, refurbished, or aftermarket.
5. Warranty on Repairs
• Repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship, excluding:
• Physical or liquid damage
• Mishandling or third-party interference
• Other pre-repair damage that`s not resolved during the repair
6. Data & Privacy
• Customers must back up their data before repair. We are not responsible for data loss.
• We do not access personal data unless required for testing.
7. Liability & Risks
• While care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that arise due to the fragile nature of devices.
• In rare cases, repairs may cause additional issues, for which our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Turnaround Time & Delays
• Repairs are typically completed on-site within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen complications.
• If a part is unavailable, a follow-up appointment may be required.
9. Payments & Refunds
• Payment is due immediately upon repair completion.
• Refunds are only provided for unsuccessful repairs if no parts were installed.
10. Customer Responsibilities
• Please charge up your device as requested in the confirmation message, failing to do so might incur a £10 call out fee for warranty repairs as we were unable to test the device after the repair.
By proceeding with the repair, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
